Regrettably no longer a reliable service.
Paid for their service upfront and filled in all the information for my tax return. but 6 days later my return has not been submitted. No response when logging a query or complaint. All I keep getting is their automated spam to tell me to use their service to do my return!

21 Aug 2025, 11:30After five queries/complaints logged via their web-form, still no response. To correspond any further, they require additional upfront payment! No contact number, no other way to reach them. I paid R550 for a service they never delivered, and they offer no response to requests for a refund. Seriously starting to look like a sham company.
