Poorest service from TAXTIM

My experience is going bad, they take very long and the process is extremely manual. I honestly do not recommend their services. I filed with them a week ago, took very long about 2 hours plus due to the manual process and I am still waiting for tax expert to review- they say the review is done within 72 hours, it's been a week now sadly. Use the Sars platform, I would've received my refund already. I truly regret the use of their service.
