POOR SERVICE

<p>My name is Johnny</p> <p>For 8 years I have done my tax returns WITHOUT any problems and received my money within 48 hours after filing my returns.</p> <p>This year it was suggested that I use Tax Tim.</p> <p>Firstly it took forever to complete and secondly of all, Tax Tim DID NOT get all my IRP5 forms from SARS.</p> <p>Due to this there is now a problem with my tax submission and for the first time I have had to physically go into SARS and present documents.</p> <p>I have now also been told that my return has been passed on for manual assessment and it will take 90 days for me to get my tax refund.</p> <p>Another thing which I'm really upset about is that before paying for Tax Tim I used their calculators to see what I would get back from SARS as a guideline and according to Tax Tim I should get about R62000!</p> <p>I hope that TAX TIM is not throwing these false numbers around in order to lure people into using them.</p> <p>I am extremely upset and expect a response in writing from your organization.</p> <p> </p>
