PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
Absolutely pathetic ! Paid R284 and then no longer wanted to use their service they basically did absolutely nothing for me I paid the money without proceeding. No response since lodging two complaints on their website !!!!!!!!! Useless !!!!!

18 Nov 2020, 13:37Issue has been resolved , seems as if there was a huge misunderstanding in the communication of timeframe resolution. They have responded to me in a timely manner and will be issuing a full refund, I am glad to say that at the end I am happy with the service I have received and do apologize to all parties for my initial review as these uncertain times of financial worries does leave one unease. THANK TAX TIM !! Keep up the good work !!
