Paid but cannot file. Website faulty. Zero customer support.

I paid R395 for this service on 14 July. Now since 19/10 I am unable to file my return. The login page for existing registered customers accepts your login details but redirects you back to the login page, or to a 404 error page.

Customer support is non-existent. No relevant preselected option, and requests to chat to a human don’t work.

No email address or phone number provided to contact them directly.

What a joke! I’ve wasted many hours trying to file my return. Lack of customer service means I will likely miss the deadline despite being a paying customer.
