Non-existent tax service

I signed up with Taxtim to assist me with my tax and asked Sars to provide them with power of attorney over my efiling profile. I thought things would start moving along but I was disappointed as Taxtim just left a notification informing me that i have to cancel the auto assessment on my efiling profile. I cannot access any of my ears records as I have given taxtim power of attorney which means my hands are tied. It's so frustrating that i cannot even get a hold of Taxtim. I have left a question on taxtims portal which went in to a black hole. I sent a Twitter message which hasn't been answered. I have paid for the Taxtim service upfront only to be very frustrated and annoyed at this poorly managed automated process.
