NO means on contacting them for support.
I am really surprised by all the 5-star ratings TAXTIM has on Hello Peter. I wish I had a better experience. The fact is that there is little to NO communication from them after you paid them. Initially you answer a questionnaire, and they determine which package you are on. Done all that paid them, and then you wait.... Every day you get 1 form of communication, and you have to sit and wait again if you are not clear on the response. It's been 16hrs now since their last response.
I wanted help with my tax as I am not savvy when completing returns, but this has been more of a frustration than anything else, as I am stuck in an endless loop and can't submit and being held hostage unless I make an additional payment. They want more money first because their initial assessment of my requirement was wrong.
NOTE, I can't submit as they don't reply to messages or have any other form of contacting them.
How do I cancel and just submit on efiling as I agreed for them to submit on my behalf? Or can i log into efiling and just submit on my Own?
Anyone with information who can assist please reach out as this is super frustrating.
Update on current situation, so they "ALLOWED ME" to continue and submit MY tax return after keeping me hostage to pay them more for an upgraded package. I suspect they wanted to teach me a lesson or sabotage me and now I got a reply from SARS saying i owe them 11k. And i am now seen as a provisional taxpayer and I have to submit an IRP6. I worked for a company and was contracting then became permanent. I don't know where or how this freelancing' other contractor status came into play. And I have been paying tax during both roles.
I have reached out to them on the ONLY platform they have available which is the chat. But they reply once per day if you are lucky.
Please avoid using their service at all costs. I still don't how they have so many positive reviews, but my experience has been a terrible one with them.

PLEASE PEOPLE, dont use TAX TIM, They do not care and they reply to your chat every other day.
How can they not have a line for inbound calls for support.
They don't offer any support, or explanation to enquiries.
