Negative Experience

Not happy with the experience from Taxtim. I bought their tax package at the early discounted rate before tax season opened, and when I wanted to do my return closer to the time, the system forced me to pay the full fee after I had already paid for the package and received a voucher code and everything! This is essentially false advertising. Further to this, the ebucks you get back still hasnt been processed a month later. Would not recommend this service.
