Issues all over the website/system

I've used TaxTim last year and it worked okay, managed to get my tax return completed. This year is the very opposite, from the start I've been experiencing issues. Couldn't upload my supporting documents resulting in a delay of the return. I needed to log a ticket to get the documents submitted at all. Then come when SARS issues correspondence it does not show up in TaxTim. I can't see the feedback SARS sent as it was only sent to TaxTim, on TaxTim it is showing a status of days old, nothing new, no update. This is now resulting in me not being able to file a possible correction in time after SARS finalized their verification.

Very unhappy with TaxTim. Won't be using it next year.
