Is TaxTim still operating as a business?

I posted this on Facebook an hour ago. No response.

Dudes, there is something wrong with your website. I have made payment to complete my IRT12 on Wednesday already and am still waiting for the customary 'we have received your payment. Please continue with your tax submission' email. I have submitted the proof of payment twice to you payments email address and have received no response. I have finally been able to send a message on your website yesterday and received a reply this morning to please submit the proof of payment again, which I did but this was 2 hours ago and I have not heard anything. It is Friday, at 4:00 you guys clock out for the weekend and my IRT12 is still not submitted. Please, can you get somebody on this because I will not be paying a penalty for a late submission. Also, your website is the ONLY portal with which one can communicate with you, it is VERY BAD practice to not make sure that thing is up and running AT ALL TIMES.
