Impossible to Contact if You Need Help

Paid R349 for a service I have not received.

SARS e-filing would not connect (despite trying multiple times over the course of a week and following their FAQ advice page on how to get it to do so). Their submit a question web-form is also non-functional (submitted twice over a 7 day period) and their Instagram and Facebook messaging just directs one to their website. There is no email address or contact number on their website.

Impossible to contact, and resulted in me submitting my tax returns late. I’d like a refund, Tax Tim.
