This service is great! I really appreciated 'having my hand held' the entire way. Filling in tax returns ain't for sissies and this service is brilliant. Helping us every step of the way, giving advice where things get confusing, offering explanations of all the terms and encouragement when we make it past certain stages.... really good for us non-accounting types.
