Great experience with TaxTim

Great experience filing again with TaxTim - I've been filing my tax return with TaxTim for years and the service is brilliant. Also helps that they have rewards partners, so my cost is covered as a Sanlam Reality benefit. When the newly introduced AI chatbot support was unable to answer my questions, a tax consultant (human) was extremely helpful in guiding me through the logic of the tax questionnaire part I was stuck on. Her responses were thought-through, detailed and she took time to consult with members of their team. After submission, the Tax Health report provides good recommendations and general good financial practices (what % I can increase my RA, increasing PBO-specific donations, etc.). Thanks TaxTim!
