Get some humans to deal with your clients.
Tax tim is a great tool for submitting your tax returns easily but if you need any support forget about it. I've been trying to submit a late return from 2018 and the system is not allowing me to make any amendments. I have tried emailing them and got a response from a no reply address so I was unable to respond and tell them that their advice hadn't worked and get further support. You just have to keep logging query after query. There is absolutely no human touch which is kind of frustrating consider the price they charge for their services.
