Generally acceptable service.

I am generally satisfied with the TaxTim experience. It does seem that for the most part the business relies on automated responses etc. I did ask a question via the website which was not responded to as yet and a "human touch" would be nice (i.e. someone you can call for advice or questions). All considered, I would say the experience was between good and average
