Forced to upgrade from Smart to Ultra, for NO REASON !!!

I am terribly disappointed in TaxTim. On the 2019/05/16 at 07:49 I purchased the package I require to do my mom's tax return via TaxTim. Following the purchase, I received and voucher number in an email which read as follows:

Hi Carol, Thank you for choosing TaxTim Smart for R311.00! It is my personal mission to make your tax experience easier, better and faster than ever before...."

Lo and behold, after going through all the steps on the TaxTim system, upon hitting the "submit tax return". I was told that I had to UPGRADE to an Ultra package. I was made to pay an extra R209,65, in order to be able to file.I find this PREPOSTEROUS!!! I have always ever had to purchase the Smart package when doing my mom's tax. NOTHING has changed from one year to the next. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN, for NO REASON, I was made to purchase an Ultra package. #SOinfuriated
