Discounted Payment to Taxtim

I was so excited when I received an email from Oldmutual introducing Taxtim. However, I am disappointed, to say the least. I paid for their services and still, nothing happened. I had to try another alternative to file with SARS. It is not about the discounted amount I paid, but the business ethics. Unfortunately, I tried to attach proof of payment with no success. The Reference Number I was given is R5E34.
