Disappointing Service

I have been trying to get assistance from Tax Tim, their helpdesk is not helpful at all, the consultants give you varying advice and even though they warn of delays with responses, it is extremely frustrating. They also swing from one consultant to another - so for example, one day someone will help only to find when someone EVENTUALLY comes back to continue on your ticket, it has been assigned to someone else and the whole process has to start again from the beginning - bearing in mind, I have already paid them for the (non)service. Am just so disappointed.
