Delays in getting sars assesment using Taxtim to file

I thought i was clever to use taxtim to get additional mulitply points for submitting my tax via taxtim. I submitted my return on 24 july 2019. I am still waiting for sars to finalise my assessment. To date i have not even received a request for supporting documentation. No correspondence received from either taxtim or sars. I wont be using taxtim again.
