BAD customer service

Taxtim filed my tax return on the 18th of July and the ITA34 came through the same day. I sent them an e-mail on the 19th of July with a question relating to the ALREADY filed return. I got a mail back confirming it would be answered in 48 hours. This morning, on the 24th of July, I got what (looks like a generic email) saying "we know we kept you waiting last week" and saying that they know I would want to get my returned filed - keep in mind it's been filed and done. NO answer to my questions. Did somebody even read my email? Can I get answers about my actual questions? You cannot phone them, you cannot get a direct email address. This is super frustrating!!
