My experience with Tata Autocity Heidelberg has been extremely disappointing, especially their after-sales service. I have owned the vehicle for less than a month and have already had to take it back four times due to ongoing issues. The vehicle was sold to me with faults that should have been picked up before delivery, including one tyre being completely different from the others. Despite repeatedly returning the vehicle, the dealership has failed to properly resolve the problems. I was even forced to get a third-party inspection, which revealed further issues such as brakes and discs that need replacement. The after-sales experience has been horrible, stressful, and very time-consuming. I expected much better service from a dealership associated with the Autocity Group. I would strongly advise potential buyers not to buy from them.
