Horrible Service
After Sales are horrific, bought a brand new vehicle that had scratches already, drove it 3 months and the Windscreen just cracked, speaker is loose and anti theft on window also not done properly. When you ask them about anything they will get back to you but if you do not follow up you never hear anything, And the responses you get is a laughing matter. I am very dissapointed and will not advise anybody to use their services. I had to wait 3 weeks for a vehicle that was also supposed to be brand new but already had factory faults on its aircon, then they did not have the same colour vehicle in stock. So it is just excuse after excuse.

My experience with Tata Autocity Heidelberg has been extremely disappointing, especially their after-sales service. I have owned the vehicle for less than a month and have already had to take it back four times due to ongoing issues. The vehicle was sold to me with faults that should have been picked up before delivery, including one tyre being completely different from the others. Despite repeatedly returning the vehicle, the dealership has failed to properly resolve the problems. I was even forced to get a third-party inspection, which revealed further issues such as brakes and discs that need replacement. The after-sales experience has been horrible, stressful, and very time-consuming. I expected much better service from a dealership associated with the Autocity Group. I would strongly advise potential buyers not to buy from them.

Horrible after sales service, my cousin bought a car from the and they were really nice and helpful. After buying the car she could not use car track even though she already paid for it at the dealer. The dealer sent her to car track and car track sent her back to the dealer it's whole back forth. The sales lady is not assisting the management of the dealer are saying there is nothing they can do. This has become really frustrating because she paid for this service and cannot track her car. If they are nice to you now just now that they will treat you horribly after you have signed and collected the car. Po Non existent after sales service
