Poor service

I am here at Tasty Gallos in Alberton. Wow. What a poor service I am receiving. The staff is inefficient. Ordered food and indicated that I will be sitting in. The next thing I am told I must come to the counter to fetch it. I say no. They then bring without cutlery. The waiter almost dropped my food. Mind you they're bringing me an incomplete order. I had to remind them that I also ordered a drink
