Gallos take your monies and provides you change by writing what they owe you on the slip, doesn't get back to you

Hi Gallos, I purchased a combo crumb ch jalapeno meap for 75 rands, I paid with 100 note. i was only given 20 rands change since they did not have the change. Palesa was my server, she simply wrote 5 rand on my slip. i thought that she'd have my change by the time my food was ready. this was not the case. im still owed 5 rand change. this incident happened at atlantis branch @ 12:18:24 on 31/10/22, order number 24, tax inv no 30231.

i made the effort to contact or send a message on. your website, no one has got back to me. there is no contact number on your slip. i still have the slip
