Eating a pot of salt at Tasty Gallos Eastgate !!!

On the 12th of April 2023, I had ordered through Uber Eats. One burrito and a chips total order was R94.00. When the food came I ate the chips and when I got to the Burrito it was so salty that I could not even it eat. I contacted Uber eats and they informed me that I need to make contact with the store directly. I sent them a whatsapp and they responded back on whatsapp saying I need to come to their store. I advised them that I do not have a car and that is why I order through Uber Eats. They ignored me the next day I asked them if they are coming to collect the Burrito that tastes like a pot of salt had been poured over it and they ignored my whatsapp. I then phoned them asking to speak to the manager and they said the manager had just stepped out, I explained my entire story to the lady and she said well they do not respond to whatsapp messages. I then asked her to get the manager to call me and I left my details. No feedback was received no phone call and almost R100 down the drain. The time before this one I order three pieces of chicken with chips. I specified which pieces of chicken I wanted and they sent me the dry thick pieces which I do not enjoy. They also never fixed or attended to this query that I had. Absolutely shocking service and feedback.
