DO NOT BUY TASTY GALLOS

So, we usually buy their meals via uber eats from the greenstone branch and the meals are usually good. However we bought directly from them and this was the worst. The chicken had hair on it, not cooked properly and the pieces we ask for was the thigh and drum. We received a wing and and "unidentified" piece of chicken that was over cooked and dry. The worst part is the response from the manager after we complained. He knew perfectly well the order and didn't even apologies for the issue. His response was that he would speak to the owner and get back you me. Unfortunately, they have not contacted me, no customer service at all at this store. Will certainly buy another brand or stick to nandos.
