Complaint for Tastey Gallos Kagiso Mall

On the 28 Dec 2022, I went to the restaurant based in Kagiso Mall. During the night and on the following day me and my family had bad diarrhea and when we tried to take this complaint about the meat that was off, we received rude attitude from the store manager "Steven", and even when we were not even looking for a refund for it was our first encounter with them having spoiled meat, he rudely dismissed us as if we are some stray dogs sniffing in his restaurant. we proceeded to ask for communication to he's superior and we were still met with rude responses from this manager.

I am utterly disappointed in the lack of customer service and the rude behavior we received.
