Atrocious

Hi there Hope you are well

On Saturday the 3rd of December 2022 I had the most horrifying experience at tasty Galos Trade route mall.

I specified that my chips should be only salted.i repeated this thrice yet they went ahead and spiced it

My chips were raw

I ordered 4 mild and one extra hot strips and chips,I received 4 x lemon and herb and one hot.

I never received my tub of jalepinos (pid for btw)

My strips were like rubber (unchewable) Blood inside the chicken Wouldn't even feed that to a dog

And to top it all off I had guests over. The height of embarrassment.

I called the store on Sunday, explaining my situation and I left my phone number behind for them to contact me....but nothing. So I called back and the phone operator said that she couldn't get hold of the manager.

Food is terrible and service is atrocious.

I'm on my way there now to dump that terrible foo, fighters on their counter.
