1 DAY OLD TARGA AMP FAULTY

We bought a Targa Amp from Autostyle Motorsport in Gateway on the 05/02/2021, we asked the consultant if we can can test the amplifier and he said "NO" so we asked if it was defective can we bring it back, he said "YES". My husband took it on the morning of the 06/02/2021 for it to be fitted and the Amp started smoking so he took it back to Autostyle where they said that they will have to send it back to the suppliers and have it checked out but we will have to wait 21 days. It was not even 1 day old and they refused to give us a new amp. This is very disappointing as we paid cash for the item and now we have to wait until the amp is checked by the supplier. I phoned TARGA and the lady such an attitude over the phone. She wants to know what cables we used and whether the amp was being fitted by a professional. VERY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TARGA. I was only bringing it to their attention that we bought a faulty product of theirs from AUTOSTYLE.
