Outstanding Service

I managed to find and order Australian Gold sun cream products from [URL Removed] was impressed with the range and choice and ease of ordering. To my surprise, David, the owner, called me about 30 minutes after placing my order to let me know one of the products I ordered was about to expire. While he assured me the product was still effective for another 12 months, he offered a free product of my choice (value of over R250). We agreed a product, it was packed and received 2 days later. Unfortunately, one small item was missing. After dropping David a mail, he immediately rep**** offering to have it delivered within 48hours with another free item as compensation. Despite insisting on a further free item not being necessary, sure enough, my parcel arrived within 48hours. <br> <br> Not only are the products David offers the best, but his personal service and willingness to go the extra mile deserves mention and recommendation. This is a online store that I can highly recommend and wish them all the success. I will be using them again next summer.
