*****ulent and dishonesty!! ********* company

I am an ex- employee of Talksure Trading. During my employment in 2018, I took a loan with the company. The loan repayment, as agreed, would be deducted off my monthly salary by the payroll department. I left the business around 2020 and the company paid me out what was owed to me. Of recent events, i discovered that the company loan was not repayed, leaving an unfair judgment on my name!

I tried calling the company to get some get some answers however, I was told, by a really rude HR representative that nobody can help me as nobody from the year 2018 is employed there and I would need to contact the 3rd party lender whom I have had no dealings with.

They representative refused to understand my point and kept telling that its my problem and refused to help me. I will be suing this company for ***** as this is *********. I'm left to bare the brunt of someone who was not doing their job correctly which is unfair to me and my personal endeavours.

Disgusting company!!!
