Terrible Service

Would not recommend at all, they're so quick to call to offer new products but the service doesn't match or even come close to the reality.

I'm at a point where I want to cancel my Elixi policy but even that is a hassle. I'm so fed up and want nothing to do with Elixi or Talksure. I have called multiple times to cancel but can never get hold of anyone, I've sent emails too of which I only receive an automated response stating that feedback will be provided in 24hrs which is not true

Do better for your customers!!!!!
