Horrible service

I am really disgusted by the service I am receiving. I have called and called. Apparently they wont pay my claims because they are changing underwriter. They said they dont know but my car is at the dealership they said I must wait a few days so they can pay. I am really stressed becausw they dont give me a clear answer their manager doesn't call back I keep on calling them and now its really annoying me. I want them to call me back with a clear resolution before I take this further. Them moving to a new underwriter should not affect me at all.
