Wrong billing

I was contacted during December by Vanessa Govender from Talksure re-gab cover. At the end of the coversation, she mentioned that I can take out a ASAP 247 on a trail bases til the 31 December 2015. I never used it and never agreed to any thing regarding to this app and actually forgot about it, to my disappontment. I saw that a debit order was submitted to my bank, of the amount of R49.00 and the amount was deducted on the 31 December 2015. I cancelled the debit order yesterday. Please refund the R49.00. I have doubts if the gab cover with ambledown via Talksure is valid.<br> Hein de disappointment
