Upset with Elixi poor service

I have a few complaints. Elixi do not respond to my e mails. My premium is always payed on time but I must struggle with their service.

None of the medicine I ever get prescribed are on their formulary, so I always pay for it myself.

Sunday night I had a incident and needed a ambulance. I were taken to a pathetic state hospital, where I sat for over 9 hours in very bad pain. Where after family took my to a private doctor. I were simply ignore in the hospitals emergency unit. My upset came from the fact that I were told in the case of of emergency or accident I will be taken to the hospital nearestto me, even if it is a private hospital. So why were I taken to a bad public hospital. I am still sick and in pain after this trauma. I am very upset and Elixi do not contact my back.

If I don't get a response to this letter I will stop my debit order, not that I think Elixi will mind, as they clearly do not care.
