Unauthorised deduction

Activation and deduction of unwanted 24/7 membership!<br> <br> Sinovia called me back to make me listen to the sound clips where they say I did agree but I only agreed to the trial period! I only agreed for the free trial period, which I up to date never<br> even activated. I was told I would be called after the 7 days passed. I even called Tracker to confirm what my monthly payment would be and they didn't tell me about any 24/7 I was linked to, the agent didn't even know what I was talking about. <br> Why did I not receive any confirmation for 24/7 whatsoever???<br> Really this is *********! You guys tell me that I agreed and I know very well that this was only for the trial period. I don't need to be told what I said because had I known I wouldn't have bothered to try the thing out anyway. <br> Please handle as a matter of urgency and refund the payment<br> deducted. You guys can't have free reign to deduct as you please on my bank account. That's why I was even sceptical about giving out my bank details telephonically, I was avoiding such ********** activities. If this is how you get people to sign up under false pretences it really is pathetic. You need another marketing strategy not fooling people! <br>
