Unauthorised credit check done

Phoned and asked a myriad personal questions. It boils down to evasiveness, forcing me into a corner on the phone, trying to make me commit then and there. I told them in NO uncertain terms that they were NOT allowed to do a credit check on my name. They did one anyway. I have called for a recording on that call so that I can deal with it correctly. They just baffle you with bull@#$%
