Un-clear wording in the policy document
My car mercedes C ********** model had mechenical break down on the 6th Sepetmber and was towed to SILVER ARROWS NESLPRUIT after I got the list of service providers under talksure insurance ,quotation was send to the claims department and only to be told that I am not covered for the steering lock ,which I dont understand because according to attached vehicle qualification criteria shows that I am covered for Steering Systems and Electrical Components,The main reason I took the insurance is for cases like this
I will never ever in my life trust any financial insurance company's
