THEFT AND UNATHORISED DEDUCTION

Last year when I took out a gap policy I was offered a 24/7 road accident assistance with a panic button on my cellphone. I made it clear that I did not want to pay R49 per month however was advised it came with a free 30 day trial period. After being badgered into the trial period I again stipulated that I was not interested. Yesterday I received a phone call (over a year later) saying I have yet to press the panic button. I told the consultant calling me that I never agreed or accepted to take the product but was told I had been paying for it for well over a year.<br> This is theft and ***** and misrepresention and I demand that my money be refunded to me. <br> <br> The consultant I spoke to said they would call me back however has failed to do so.
