Telesales battle to accept the word No thank you

<p>Telesales forms an integral form of sales marketing, but when salesman Rodney phoned me to sell me a tracking system he could not accept the word no thank you in all politenice. It is sad to see what people can do to companies names just because he cannot accept the word NO. His boss Natalie took his blame, at least their was one person who was prepared to listen.
