Talksure traiding. WORSE THAN BAD!

Never take these people. Worst place and service ever!!!!! It's the worst place to have a motor warranty or any warranty or anything for that matter. They NEVER pay out what is stipulated in their contracts. They will always only pay half the amount of claim. R1250 but benefit amount is R2500. If you want to claim R500 they will pay R250. So NEVER will you be able to claim what you are intitelled to or what your contact states.

They are ******* and briges contracts.

 Dear Mr Collen

Kindly note that your complaint was referred to the Underwriting manager for their attention. As per the feedback received, your claim related to fair wear and tear on the covered component and such you qualified for 50% of the benefit amount. This foregoing is also noted on the policy wording emailed to you:

"Wear and Tear
For the purpose of this Warranty, wear and tear is defined as an ongoing weakening of a mechanical component which results naturally from use and/or age. Mechanical failure resulting from fair wear and tear is covered by this Warranty at 50%, but limited to the specific stated benefit category, as listed in the Schedule of Benefits on page 11."

For a claim to be paid out the full benefit or quote, the specific part has to be broken into 2 or more pieces:

Mechanical Failure
This term refers to the sudden and unforeseen actual breaking of listed components only. This term does not refer to components that are not broken and are replaced during repairs. The cause of the failure determines the applicable benefit. Definition of ‘broken’; “Components which are physically and forcibly separated into pieces or cracked or split”.

We note as requested by yourself, your mechanical warranty policy has been cancelled and as such there will be no further debit orders presented to your bank account in this regard.

Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to respond on the matter and we trust you find the above to be sufficient and in order.

Regards
