Talksure sa revoking of previous complaint

I recently sent in a complaint regarding GAP cover from Talksure. I received a phone call from a very articulate and caring gentleman - Prenashan who took a great deal of his time explaining the issue between the Talksure sa GAP cover and the Medical Aid cover. He gave me advice regarding the next steps and also made some recommendations regarding the type of cover needed. I am very impressed with his service. I did recommend that the Talksure sales people spend more time with prospective clients explaining the link between GAP and Medical aid cover to ensure that more clients are not confused and do not complain about the poor cover.
