Talksure sa and Elixi Not deserving off even one star

Terrible service with alot of "I understand" with no results..I have my grandson on Elixi through talksure..my account was not debited for the last 2 months leaving my grandson without medical insurance if God forbid something should happen to him..I called to ask why I was not debited and was told it was an error and my nxt debit would be double but again my grandson would not be covered until the debit, which could only be done the following month. I was upset but still agreed to the double debit..this too did not happen, they are unreliable leaving you out in the cold..wen asked about this ,talksure could not give me a reason..i have requested a call recording of my call yesterday and still have not received it..be sure that I will put it up on Here once I receive it..you can hear for yourself how unprofessional and unreliable talksure is. Pathetic service.
