Talksure (Gap cover) no customer service and premium is double the rate with no service to you members
I so regret joining talksure (gap cover) after 5 + years. My first claim earlier in the year was done so unprofessional and lacked customer service. My email correspondence to Nivashnee Singh explained my disappointment and intentions. Nivashnee then goes and cancel my policy without my consent on the 25 August and then to my surprise I get debited for the new month. Did a follow up with her on the 7 September as to why I was debited and the response was as per the policy you need to give 30 days notice. Wow Nivashnee please prove to me that I requested you to cancel my policy. It's it now over two months and then don't what to pay my premium back. I have now joined a new gap cover and the premium is half the rate I was paying with the same or if not more benefits, total ******* for all these years.

Thank you for discussing your query with us.
As discussed, your policy was terminated on 25-08-2020 and with the last debit being processed on 30-08-2020, we state as per the policy terms and conditions issued to you by email that a thirty one (31) days’ notice in writing is required for policy termination and therefore the debit had be processed.
We further confirm from emails by yourself that you had informed us that you are in the process of changing Gap cover providers and requested the termination process; regrettably after many attempts at contacting you by phone, your policy was terminated. Whilst this may not have been your intention, we confirm that we would have been glad to reinstate your policy upon your request.
Regrettably we cannot comment on your statement of the other provider and or comment on the structure and application of their policy. We do however encourage you to fami****ize yourself with the applicable benefits and terms and conditions of both policies to ensure that you, as a policyholder have sufficient cover.
We trust that we have been of assistance you and that you will find the above to be in order.
