Rejection of claim

In Mar2013 I took GAP cover for medical aid through Talksure/Compimed.R88.00 for R2,000.000 cover.I received policy info on the 04/03/2013.She advised that all expenses,shortfall amounts for in hospitalisation costs not paid by my medical aid, would be paid by the GAP cover.<br> I NEVER received ANY updated docs from Talksure/Complimed since then. <br> <br> In Nov2015 I phoned Complimed.Spoke to Johnathan Reddy on 23 Nov.He also advised that all expenses, shortfall amounts for in hospitalisation costs not paid by my medical aid,would be paid.I asked him to send me a policy doc&amp;a claim form&amp;I ONLY received a claim form.<br> I went for my hernia repair(which is listed on the T's &amp; C's in Dec)Unfortunately my Dr used other theatre equipment and Bestmed only paid a certain part of that.Left me with a hospital bill of R3178.50 which I had to pay cash.<br> I submitted my claim to Abledown on 5Apr.by18th I phoned for feedback as NO feedback was given,only to find out my claim would not be paid as it was not a drs account.<br> I did not receive a policy document in 2014, 2015 or 2016.<br> Ive paid R4500.00 in premiums for NOTHING!
