Poor services

<p> </p> <p>I'm actualy ****ed - off about talksure sa's services, I've got a short term policy with them, for months they deducted the premiums and this month they didn't deducted anything, I contacted them and raised the issue were by the lady told me she will escallate the issue to the relevant department and that some one will phone me back, well till now I didn't recieved any calls from them and no replies on the emails I did send. Talksure Sa are quick to phone you and sell their product to you but after you agree to take their product their services goes out by the window. I will recommend that nobody buy any products from them.</p>
