Poor Service_Claims Payment Model

Their claims payment model sucks, Insure SA in particular, which is a subsidiary of Talksure. I've had my car at the repair centre for the past three Sundays now, for the job that they have approved. But, despite the fact that the repair centre sent them invoices on 24 August already, they have not processed the payment, nor made any contact with the repair centre, until the repair centre made contact with them, to which they were advised that the next payment run will be on Tuesday, 01/09/2020 and only then they will be able to get a proof of payment. Now, I'm stuck without a car and no other alternative arrangement has been made for me to at least remedy this situation.

I wish that Help Me 24/7 was not part of this *********** group, this is going to jeopardize the good work that they are putting in on the other end.

Dear Robert

Thank you for taking the time in discussing the matter with us.

As we have mentioned, the invoices have been received by InsureAfrica and payment will be processed within the day. We have also liaised with InsureAfrica regarding the matter and they have confirmed that their turnaround time is 7 to 10 working days from receipt of the invoices and to which in this instance, they are still within their service level agreement.

We thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond on the matter and we trust that we have been of assistance to you.
