Not worth their word

I agreed some months ago to take out medical gap insurance with Talksure. As this was conducted by telephone I requested that the policy documents be mailed to me. Months later I still had not received documents, so I phoned around February. The woman I spoke to assured me “I have sent it now.”. No, I did not receive it. Emailed in April at which time I indicated I want the contract cancelled as I have no desire to deal with such ***********s who do not keep their word. No one had the common decency or good manners to respond. What a disgraceful and disgusting company. They should have their accredited financial advisor status revoked.
