Money deducted from my account for a cancelled policy
Money was deducted from my account for Elixi Health policy which I cancelled at the beginning of this month. I even received an sms confirming cancellation of the policy, how come money was deducted.

Dear Silindile, Kindly note as discussed with you, your Elixi Health policy had been cancelled as per your request on the 13-04-2018. There however was no request received for the cancellation of a policy which belongs to a family member of yours and whom also uses your banking details thus the reason for the debit going off your account. As discussed, the latter policy has since been cancelled as of 03-05-2018 and you have confirmed that you have reversed the debit.
