I was called by a consultant in November, she advertised medical gap cover to me. She advised me that she old send me all the relevant emails for me to check,and also said the premium would only go off in January.... and yet I received NO EMAILS AND MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED YESTERDAY. I told the agent I'm unemployed and have no money for December.... but you just empty out my account. PLEASE CANCEL ANY GAP COVER AND REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY
